To access the Training Tools within the website, please follow these four (4) steps:

1. Login at the top of this page using your assigned username and password
2. Review the list of topics. Choose a topic from the list by clicking on the "VIEW" icon located to the right of its title.
3. Select one of the documents and/or presentations from the list that follows. Please allow a moment for each document or presentation to load.
4. After watching a presentation or reading a document, take the short test that follows (if available) or return to the training center.
